Joseph is an associate in the Real Estate team and works on a wide range of commercial real estate matters and asset classes.
Joseph’s experience includes investment sales and acquisitions including advising on the real estate aspects of corporate transactions, real estate financings and advising on landlord and tenant matters across different asset classes such as offices, retail, industrial and BTR developments.
Experience
- Advising Pandox on the scheme of arrangement and completion of the acquisition of Dalata Hotel Group plc.
- Advising one of the largest hotel property owners in Europe, Pandox AB, on its c€1.4bn recommended cash offer for Dalata Hotel Group plc.
- Advising L&G on its merger between the Federated Hermes Property Unit Trust and L&G’s Managed Property Fund, creating a combined fund value of £4.7bn
- Advising L&G on its acquisition and forward funding of a build-to-rent site in Manchester in its joint venture with Nest and PGGM.
