Joshua is a senior associate in the private funds team.
Joshua advises clients on the establishment, structuring and operation of various private investment funds and alternative investment vehicles across different asset classes including private equity, venture capital and credit funds.
He also assists institutional investors in reviewing and negotiating fund investments and advises on team incentive arrangements. He also helps clients navigate fund marketing and regulatory matters, including AIFMD.

- Advising UK-based Apache Capital Partners (Apache Capital), a leading private real estate investment management firm, on a new project funding partnership to support Moda Living’s £302 (€344m) Great Charles Street scheme in Birmingham.
