Katherine is Head of Banking and Finance Policy at Macfarlanes. She provides strategic support to the Finance practice to ensure that it remains at the forefront of the market.
Prior to joining Macfarlanes, Katherine worked as a senior finance lawyer for leading law firms in London, Sydney and Copenhagen advising across a range of financing products. Katherine has particular expertise advising trustees and agents across the full range debt capital markets products, and developers, sponsors, lenders and ECAs in renewable energy transactions globally.
Katherine sits on the steering group for our Balance network, a forum providing networking and peer support for all staff managing careers and home lives, to achieve a sustainable work-life balance.
Katherine’s experience includes a secondment to a global financial institution.
