Kathryn advises on a broad range of corporate matters in private equity, domestic and cross-border M&A and corporate advisory.
Kathryn acts for a wide client base, including private equity houses, management teams and large corporates. She advises on both private and public mergers, acquisitions and disposals, restructurings and joint ventures, and general company and corporate governance.
She has also spent time on secondment in the M&A team at a FTSE 100 company working on both domestic and international transactions.
Experience
- Advising long-term client arbdn, on the sale of its £7.5bn assets under management European-headquartered Private Equity business to Patria Investments.
- Advising CHC Helicopter Group, on its acquisition of the offshore oil and gas aviation business of FTSE 250 company Babcock International Group plc.
- Advising on the sale of Avant Homes Group, one of the UK’s leading private residential property developers, to private developer Berkeley DeVeer in partnership with funds advised by Elliott Advisors, an affiliate of global fund manager Elliott Investment Management.
- Advising the senior management team and majority shareholders of M7 Real Estate on their agreement to sell the UK-headquartered real estate investment firm to Oxford Properties, the real estate arm of Canadian pension fund OMERS.
- Advising Greenergy on merger with Canadas BG Fuels
- Advising M&G Investments on their $40m investment into UK technology company, Envisics - a pioneer and global leader in Augmented Reality Head-Up Displays (AR HUDs).
