Katie supports the Early Careers team across the full talent lifecycle, from attraction and recruitment through to development. She oversees key administrative and operational processes, designs and delivers campus events and coordinates assessment days and programmes. Katie also contributes to social mobility initiatives aimed at broadening access to the profession.
