Lara is an Associate (Spanish Qualified) in the Fund Formation group.
Lara advises private capital sponsors, managers, and institutional investors on the structuring, negotiation, and closing of investment funds and related fund transactions across private equity, private credit, and other alternative asset classes.
In addition to advising fund sponsors on their fundraisings, Lara advises institutional investors, including insurers and asset managers, on their private capital investment programmes. She also assists clients with the negotiation and closing of primary fund commitments and secondary transactions.
