Lina specialises in complex high value residential property transactions involving the acquisition, disposal and financing of freehold and leasehold properties. Lina also deals with landlord and tenant matters including leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions. She acts for a range of clients including private individuals, developers, international clients, trusts and lenders.
Lina has particular experience dealing with time sensitive matters which require a quick exchange or urgent turnaround. Lina works closely with our private client and tax team to provide an integrated service for our individual clients.
