Louise advises a range of clients on all areas of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious.
She works with clients ranging from high-profile individuals to global institutions, in particular, major private equity firms and asset managers.
Louise advises on all aspects employments law. Her experience includes advising on large corporate transactions, complex TUPE matters, redundancies and restructurings, grievance and disciplinary matters and sensitive exit negotiations. She also advises on high-value employment tribunal claims.
Clients value Louise's resolution focused and commercial approach, particularly in time-sensitive matters.
In addition to her client work, Louise is an active member of Macfarlanes' charity committee.
Qualified in England and Wales, 2019.
