Lucas leads the accounting advisory practice. He advises on a broad range of accounting matters but specialises in transaction structuring and cash extraction.
In particular, he advises on the accounting and distributable reserves implications of M&A, refinancing and group reorganisation transactions, and works closely with businesses to ensure that these are implemented in an efficient manner.
He has experience in assisting with the acquisition and divestment of PE-backed portfolio investments, demergers, and establishment of management incentive plans, with a recent focus on the asset management and real estate sectors.
Lucas is a chartered accountant and member of the ICAEW.
