Lucy is an Associate in the M&A practice, advising on a broad range of domestic and cross-border M&A, equity finance, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.
Lucy has experience advising domestic and international clients including large conglomerates, sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms and venture capital funds. Her experience spans a diverse range of sectors including financial services, pharmaceutical and life sciences, technology and consumer goods.

- Advising Canaccord Wealth on the acquisition of the front office teams and client assets of EFG Harris Allday from EFG International.
- Advising J.C. Flowers & Co on the sale of Castle Trust Bank, a UK lending group, to vehicles backed by Sixth Street, a leading global investment firm, and affiliates of Bayview Asset Management, a global alternative investment management firm.
- Advising Genius Sports, one of the world’s largest sports technology companies, on the acquisition of Legend, the global digital sports and gaming media network, in a transaction valued at up to $1.2bn.
