Luke's practice covers the full spectrum of investment activity, from primary commitments and co‑investments to structured secondary transactions and recapitalisations. Luke also advises clients on establishing closed‑ended and open‑ended vehicles, joint ventures, and co‑investment programmes.
Luke has particular expertise in the real estate tax sector, advising on investment structuring, platform establishment, and the acquisition and disposal of commercial and residential assets, as well as development joint ventures, forward funding and forward purchase arrangements. Luke also frequently acts on property financing at asset and portfolio level.
