Madeleine facilitates the litigation and dispute resolution group’s thought leadership. She supports the team with identifying, researching, and reporting on important developments in all aspects of contentious work for client publications and events.
She also supports the education and training needs of the group. Madeleine advises colleagues on relevant changes in law, regulation, and procedure. She is especially active in the fields of contentious financial services work, competition law disputes, corporate disputes, and civil fraud and asset tracing.
Madeleine previously practised as a banking and capital markets disputes lawyer at a leading international firm.
