Nella acts for credit funds, borrowers, alternative investment managers, speciality finance providers, bond issuers and alternative lenders across a wide range of financing transactions, with a particular focus on securitisation, structured finance and fund finance.
Nella advises both lender and borrower side of UK and cross-border transactions including: asset based lending, speciality finance, structured finance and securitisation, SRT and fund leverage facilities.
At her previous firm, Nella also worked on public RMBS issuances, infrastructure-related work in the bond and bank debt markets and programme issuances.
