Nick specialises in real estate finance. He advises a wide range of lender, borrower and sponsor clients, focusing on domestic and international real estate investment and development finance transactions.
His sector experience includes advising on investment and development transactions involving offices, residential (including private rented sector/build-to-rent), industrial, student accommodation and operational real estate (including in the hospitality and leisure sectors). He acts for developers, lenders, investors and high-net-worth individuals.

- Advising Sadel Group on securing a £500m facility to refinance its cold storage business, Magnavale.
- Advising the club of lenders on their facilities for the refinancing of London’s Paddington Square development.
- Advising a global sponsor on the refinancing of its existing facilities in connection with a luxury 5-star hotel in central London.
- Advising a credit fund lender on the development financing for a major residential-led scheme in Piazza dei Navigatori, Rome.
- Advising Canadian investment firm Brookfield on securing £300m in financing for the expansion of Harwell Science and Innovation Campus.
- Advising a syndicate of banks on their facilities for the refinancing of a UK-wide logistics portfolio.
- Advising a sponsor on securing financing in connection with their acquisition of a portfolio of purpose-built student accommodation located throughout the UK.
- Advising certain credit funds on their facilities to finance the acquisition of luxury private rented apartments located in Spain.
