Nick is an Associate in the Finance team, advising banks, alternative lenders, corporate borrowers, and sponsors on a wide variety of financing arrangements, with a particular focus on acquisition finance and leveraged lending.
Nick acts on both domestic and cross-border transactions and, alongside his leveraged finance practice, has experience in fund finance and corporate lending, including NAV and subscription line facilities.
