He also advises on emerging opportunities in sports finance, a field being reshaped by private capital and evolving league regulations.
Nils writes on market developments and co‑authored the “Global Trends in Leveraged Lending” chapter of the International Comparative Legal Guide to: Lending & Secured Finance (2023 and 2024).
