Octavia advises clients on general commercial matters, consumer protection, data protection, IT and intellectual property. Her experience includes advising on technology, outsourcing, licensing, advertising and other bespoke commercial arrangements.
Her practice focuses on commercial and consumer law. She regularly advises on regulatory issues, as well as drafting and negotiating wide-ranging commercial agreements. Octavia works across several sectors, with particular experience in the technology, e-commerce, professional services, media, hospitality and operational real estate sectors. She works with a range of clients from private individuals and start-ups to large online platforms and global leaders.
In addition to her stand-alone commercial work, Octavia also advises on the commercial, data protection, IT and intellectual property aspects of corporate transactions to support the firm’s wider corporate and private equity client base.
Octavia has previously undertaken secondments to the New York office of an international law firm, and in-house at a global technology company and in-house at a luxury hotel owner and operator.
