Olivia advises on all aspects of employment law. She predominantly acts for employers and has extensive experience working with major corporates across a broad range of sectors, including financial services institutions and private equity firms.
Her expertise includes advising on complex corporate transactions, TUPE, redundancies and restructurings, and contentious matter such as high-value employment tribunal claims. She also advises clients with day-to-day workplace issues, helping them to achieve commercial solutions.
