Pinar is a Partner in the finance group and advises credit funds and bank lenders, private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and corporate borrowers on a range of international financing transactions.
Pinar has broad experience advising on mid-market and top-tier domestic, European and global cross-border finance transactions, with particular experience in leveraged and acquisition finance, including senior secured term loans, unitranche, super senior, first lien/second lien and other multi-layered debt structures, including those with hybrid English/US terms.
She advises leading private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, corporate borrowers, private credit funds and investment banks in both the private credit and syndicated loan markets, on private acquisition financings, direct lending, investor call bridge facilities, refinancings, distressed finance and other event-driven financing transactions. Pinar also advises litigation funders and other special opportunities funds on the financing of litigation and legal assets, including single cases, portfolios, CAT claims and law firm funding.
Clients value Pinar’s commercial and cross-border experience, through her practical analysis and understanding of organisations’ key considerations in various jurisdictions, utilising her skill set absorbed from her time at a US law firm.
