Rachel advises on a broad range of competition issues including substantial competition litigation claims, cartel and abuse of dominance investigations and the competition elements of merger control.
She has experience working across a variety of sectors including banking, energy infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, gaming and retail. Rachel has completed secondments in the firm’s Brussels office and at a major UK bank.
Experience
- Advising Pandox on the scheme of arrangement and completion of the acquisition of Dalata Hotel Group plc.
- Advising Prysmian in connection with various sets on follow-on damages claims before the High Court and Competition Appeal Tribunal arising from the European Commission’s power cables cartel decision.
- Advising a UK bank in relation to multiple follow-on damages claims before the High Court and Competition Appeal Tribunal.
- Advising Mylan in relation to the Paroxetine pay-for-delay appeal in the Competition Appeal Tribunal and the subsequent reference to the CJEU.
- Advising a global producer of bearings in connection with a follow-on damages claim brought in the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
