Rebecca has a broad experience of UK and cross-border tax matters and advises on investment structuring, joint ventures, M&A, REITs, corporate reorganisations and financing transactions, with a particular focus on complex corporate real estate transactions.
Rebecca also has experience undertaking tax due diligence, acting on both sell- and buy-side.
Rebecca is a Chartered Tax Adviser and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).
Rebecca contributes to Tolley’s Property Taxation on Investment versus Trading.
Experience
- Advising Hayfin on the acquisition and financing of landmark London office building 70 St Mary Axe Nuveen Real Estate.
- Advising Sadel Group on securing a £500m facility to refinance its cold storage business, Magnavale.
- Advising Polus Capital Management on the launch of Polus Special Situations Fund, which has raised commitments of €890m.
- Advising Main Market traded regional office specialist Regional REIT Limited on an underwritten open offer to raise £110.5m.
- Advising Supermarket Income REIT Plc on the tax aspects of its joint venture with funds managed by Blue Owl Capital.
