Rosie’s practice encompasses commercial contracts, intellectual property, and data protection, covering both advisory and transactional work.
She advises clients on complex, bespoke commercial contracts, intellectual property, data and consumer law matters. Rosie’s work spans a range of sectors but she has particular experience advising on matters in the fields of sport, financial services, and advertising and media.
On the data protection side, Rosie advises clients in a variety of contexts, including the development of compliance programmes and policies, adapting to regulatory change, incident response, and data projects generally.
Rosie also has extensive experience advising on the commercial arrangements, intellectual property, technology and data privacy aspects of corporate transactions, particularly in the context of complex business carve-outs and separations.

- Advising Mayfair Equity Partners on their investment in i-media, a rapidly growing Digital Out of Home media owner with exclusive advertising rights across the UK’s Motorway Service Areas.
- Advising long-term client Aberdeen Investments, on the sale of its £7.5bn assets under management European-headquartered private equity business to Patria Investments.
- Advising Investec, a leading bank and wealth manager, on an all-share combination of Investec Wealth & Investment Limited and Rathbones Group plc to create the UK’s leading discretionary wealth manager.
- Advising the Virgin Group on an extension to its brand licence arrangements with Australian-based airline Virgin Australia, as part of a new agreement with incoming owner Bain Capital, the US private equity group.
- Advising consortium led by Lawrence Stroll on a £500m strategic investment in FTSE 250 luxury British sports car manufacturer Aston Martin Lagonda.
- Advising Neste Group on IP and commercial arrangements in connection with the disposal of its Russian fuel business.
- Advising Banijay Group on IP and media rights aspects of its high profile acquisition of Endemol Shine.
- Advising champagne house, Lanson, in relation to its sponsorship contracts with the All England Lawn Tennis Club for the Wimbledon Championships.
- Advising Premier Padel on its title sponsorship deal with Qatar Airways.
- Advising Premier Padel on the sponsorship aspects of a combined media rights and official energy drink partnership with Red Bull.
- Advising Qatar Sports Investments on a joint venture with the International Padel Federation to establish a new global professional Padel tour, Premier Padel.
- Advising Qatar Sports Investments on its deal to host the Qatar Formula 1 Grand Prix in 2021 (replacing the Australian Grand Prix) and on the subsequent ten-year agreement for the Qatar Grand Prix from 2023–2032.
