Saloni specialises in domestic and cross-border real estate investment and development finance transactions.
Saloni advises a wide range of clients including private equity real estate investors, sponsors, credit funds, hotel owners and operators. Her sector experience includes residential (build-to-rent and private rented sector), industrial, student accommodation and hotels.
Saloni also advises borrowers in fund finance transactions, particularly involving subscription line facilities.
Saloni has completed a 6 month secondment at Hillwood, a real estate investor and developer, in their debt advisory team.

- Advising a hotel owner and operator in relation to the investment and development of two of its key assets in London.
- Advising a UK private equity firm on its £350m capital call facility for its latest fund.
- Advising M&G’s Luxembourg capital fund on their $150m investor call bridge facility with MUFG.
- Advising a club of international banks on a £185,000,000 facility to a sovereign wealth fund and global real estate company on the refinancing of a hotel in London.
- Advising an international bank on its £217.3 million loan facility made to an international real estate development and manager to refinance a portfolio of six purpose built student accommodation properties in locations across the UK.
