Experience

  • Supporting a company facing sponsor licence suspension for non‑compliance, liaising with senior Home Office contacts and implementing a robust compliance framework to secure reinstatement.
  • Advising an employer and new hire to resolve inadvertent sponsored‑worker breaches at onboarding, including securing Home Office discretion and approval of the subsequent visa application.
  • Leading the immigration workstream on a significant proposed business acquisition, identifying material immigration requirements and costs that informed the client’s decision not to proceed.
  • Advising co‑founders expanding to the UK, overturned an inconsistent Skilled Worker refusal by escalating to the Home Office and providing targeted business representations.
  • Preparing and presenting evidence to demonstrate minimum salary compliance, which was subsequently accepted by the Home Office within one day.
