Saujanya advises on a broad range of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity transactions, group reorganisations and corporate advisory work.
Saujanya acts for a wide range of clients including private equity houses, management teams and large corporates. She advises clients on mergers, acquisitions and disposals, restructurings and reorganisations, joint ventures, management incentive plans and corporate governance.
Alongside her client work, Saujanya mentors sixth form students from socially mobile backgrounds who are interested in a career in law through the Macfarlanes Legal Academy programme.

- Advising Alchemy on the purchase of a stake in the luxury UK hotel and spa group Barons Eden.
- Advising Sadel Group on securing a £500m facility to refinance one of its pan-European investments, Magnavale, which is a leading UK based provider of temperate-controlled storage and value-added services for the food industry.
- Advising Cedar Capital Partners on its recapitalisation, with Ares Management Real Estate Secondaries Funds, of five leading lifestyle hotels in European gateway cities.
- Advising Signal Capital Partners on its strategic partnership with Armen, a European GP-stakes investor.
- Advising the management team of Audiotonix, a market-leader in the design, engineering and manufacture of professional audio mixing consoles, production S/W and ancillary solutions, on a sale to a French private equity group, PAI Partners.
