Scarlett advises on the pension aspects of corporate transactions and on the administration and regulation of pension schemes. She has experience in both contentious and non-contentious pension work in respect of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes, master trusts and superfunds.
Experience
- Advising Joshua Alliance and his bid vehicle Falcon 24 Topco Limited on the proposed £408m take-private of N Brown Group plc.
- Advising Union Bancaire Privée, a Swiss bank specialising in wealth and asset management, on the English law aspects of its acquisition of Societe Generale’s UK private banking and wealth management arm.
- Advising Hayfin on its agreement with Arctos Partners, a private investment firm, to support a management buyout of the business, acquiring British Columbia Management Corporation’s majority stake.
- Advising ABC Technologies Acquisitions Limited in connection with its recommended all cash offer for TI Fluid Systems plc.
