Tara leads the attraction and recruitment of Early Careers talent, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey, from initial engagement to offer acceptance. She designs and delivers attraction strategies, selection processes, and end-to-end programme management, ensuring alignment with the firm’s evolving business priorities. She works closely with universities, external partners, and internal stakeholders to identify top talent and build a diverse, high-performing talent pipeline that supports the firm's current and future workforce needs.
