Tara leads the attraction and recruitment of Early Careers talent, acting as the main point of contact for candidates from initial engagement through to offer acceptance. She shapes attraction strategies, selection processes and end-to-end programme management to align with the firm’s evolving business priorities. Tara works closely with universities, external partners and internal stakeholders to build a diverse, high-performing talent pipeline that supports the firm’s current and future workforce needs.
