Tara leads the attraction and recruitment of the firm's Early Careers talent from initial engagement through to offer acceptance, shaping strategy to align with the firm's evolving business priorities.
Tara manages attraction campaigns, selection processes and end-to-end programme delivery, as well as leading social media and employer brand activity within Early Careers.
She works closely with universities, external partners and internal stakeholders to build a diverse, high-performing talent pipeline that supports the firm's current and future workforce needs.
