He has a particular focus on advising private capital managers on their group affairs, including their ownership and governance arrangements, group structures and team incentivisation arrangements, as well as strategic transactions including succession planning and GP stake sales.

- Advising Hayfin on the acquisition of a majority stake in the business by Arctos Partners, and the syndication of portions of that stake to Mubadala, AXA IM Prime and Samsung Life Insurance.
- Advising Signal Capital Partners on its strategic partnership with Armen, a European GP-stakes investor.
- Advising Trinity Street Asset Management LLP on the sale of a stake in the LLP to iM Global Partner.
- Advising Keyhaven Capital Partners on its co-lead investment backing Miura Partners’ single asset GP-led transaction into Proclinic Group.
- Advising Hayfin on a range of house advisory matters, including governance and compensation arrangements and group reorganisations.
