Victor advises on a wide range of complex, transaction‑oriented accounting matters, serving diverse clients with a focus on private capital groups and large privately-owned businesses.
Victor is a manager in the firm’s Accounting Advisory practice. He advises on complex, transaction‑oriented accounting matters, with particular expertise in the accounting and distributable reserves implications of group reorganisations. He also provides implementation support, working closely with the Corporate team to ensure reorganisations are executed in a well-coordinated and efficient way.
He advises on management incentive plans and advanced accounting issues arising in acquisitions of private‑equity‑backed portfolio companies. Victor works with private capital groups and large privately-owned businesses. He is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
Alongside his client work, Victor serves on the steering committee of REACH (Race, Ethnicity, and Cultural Heritage), a network dedicated to promoting inclusion and championing diversity.
Experience
- Advising Hayfin Asset Management, a longstanding client, on a range of material year-end accounting matters, including share buybacks in connection with the Arctos-backed management buyout.
- Advising a leading independent UK investment platform group on a complex group share scheme, with accounting considerations across multiple levels of a typical private equity–backed structure.
