Vitalii advises private funds and multinational corporations on tax aspects of international structuring and reorganisations, credit transactions, and M&A. He also has experience handling large and complex tax disputes, acting for UK-based financial institutions and clients in the technology, media and telecommunications sector.
Vitalii is a Solicitor of England & Wales and a chartered certified accountant (ACCA). He is also an active member of the international law moot court community.
