Zach advises fund managers on the establishment, structuring and operation of various funds across different asset classes, including credit, private equity, venture capital and real estate funds, as well as advising on team incentive arrangements.
He also advises on secondary transactions, continuation and co-investment funds and assists institutional investors with reviewing and negotiating fund investments.
