She prepares tailored contracts and service agreements for junior and senior employees, and supports clients through disciplinary, performance and grievance processes. She also advises on terminations and the negotiation of exit packages. Alongside this, Zarrin helps clients with day-to-day employment law queries and reviews company workplace policies.
On corporate deals, Zarrin handles the employment side of transactions, including conducting due diligence and preparing reports for clients.
