Macfarlanes advises on the Plexus Legal LLP acquisition by Axiom Ince Limited
Macfarlanes is delighted to have advised Interpath Advisory on the pre-pack sale of defendant insurance law firm Plexus Legal LLP to Axiom Ince Limited, which completed on Friday. 540 jobs have been saved by the deal.
The Macfarlanes team working on this transaction included restructuring and insolvency partner Paul Keddie with assistance from senior associate Amy Walker.
