Inclusion programmes

Turning commitments into action

Our inclusion programmes are designed to combine measurable commitments with meaningful opportunities for dialogue and learning.

MentorMacs: Reverse mentoring

MentorMacs is an annual mentoring programme that pairs senior leaders – Partners, Directors and Senior Managers – with colleagues from under-represented groups. Mentors share their lived experiences, giving leaders fresh perspectives on topics such as race, neurodiversity, disability, LGBTQ+ identity and caring responsibilities. Since launch, 64 mentoring pairs have taken part in this programme.

Conversations about Race

Our Conversations about Race programme is an important part of building a more representative partnership. The first stage is based around five short films featuring conversations with members of our management board and external experts. The second stage is delivered through mandatory, in-person workshops – forming the foundation of our wider Conversations about our Culture programme.

Conversations about our Culture

Through firmwide workshops, colleagues are encouraged to explore how everyday behaviours shape team culture. Sessions are tailored to each department and feature open discussion across roles, generations and working styles. Participation rates have consistently been above 90%, reflecting the appetite that exists in the firm for meaningful dialogue.

Inclusive recruitment

Our inclusive recruitment policy requires external agencies to identify the widest talent possible for our roles and to meet with us annually to review the metrics.
Our Early Career partnerships with specialist agencies such as Rare Recruitment and Bright Network, help us reach under-represented student communities.
