People networks

Community, support and allyship

Run by our people, our networks are open to everyone at the firm.

They play a vital role in shaping our culture, creating spaces for dialogue and peer support and marking key events. Each network has a steering group with members from across the firm, and senior co-chairs, ensuring that our networks help influence firm policy and practice.

Networks fair

We hold regular Networks Fairs for our people to learn about the range of activities how they can get involved.

Our networks

Balance

Supporting colleagues who balance careers with caring or other life commitments. Events and discussions cover topics such as navigating parental leave, supporting neurodivergent children and creating healthy working lives.

DAWN

Disability and Wellbeing Network

A space focused on mental health, wellbeing and disability. DAWN hosts events during Neurodiversity Celebration Week and Mental Health Awareness Week, and provides resources for those who live with, or support others with, short- or long-term conditions. Recent topics include hidden disabilities and living with long-term health conditions.

Pride

A forum for LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies to educate, advocate and celebrate. The network organises social and educational events and has been recognised as a Top 10 Network at the British LGBT Awards. We are also members of Stonewall and the InterLaw Diversity Forum.

REACH

Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage

Promoting cultural awareness and connection across the firm. REACH hosts drop-in lunches, celebrates religious and cultural festivals such as Diwali and Lunar New Year, and has affinity groups such as our East and South East Asian network. We are also active members of the Black Talent Charter and a founding member of Legal CORE (the Collaboration on Race and Ethnicity) - cross-industry race and ethnicity initiatives.

SEEN

SocioEconomic Equity Network

Through social and learning events and partnerships with social mobility charities such as upReach and 93% Club, it offers advocacy and education on social mobility issues, ensuring that talent, not background, defines success.

The Green Network

Bringing together colleagues who are passionate about sustainability, supporting the firm’s environmental policy and initiatives such as our OLIO food-sharing partnership.
