When the administration of complex or large-scale litigation threatens to get out of hand, clients turn to our Case Management Unit (CMU) for specialist support in managing high volumes of data, disclosure obligations and logistical support in trials and hearings. 

Our multidisciplinary team supports all aspects of eDisclosure and investigations document review, including forensic data collection and project management. By managing the procedural and operational elements of disputes, the CMU ensures that cases are run efficiently and cost-effectively. This helps clients with budgeting and controlling their legal costs, and also enables our subject matter lawyers to focus fully on the legal strategies of our clients. 

The CMU works closely with our Lawtech team to investigate, test and implement innovative new litigation technologies. For example, we were the first UK firm to adopt a pioneering US eDisclosure platform that dramatically improves the speed that data is processed, which significantly reduces disclosure costs. We also support our colleagues within the firm to deploy generative AI and other cutting-edge technologies and tools, ultimately with the aim of improving efficiency and delivering better results for clients.
