Strategic advice across the full financing lifecycle

Clients turn to our full-service Finance practice for legal advice across a broad range of international and domestic financing arrangements, including first-of-their-kind transactions.

With particular strength across the alternative credit ecosystem, our multidisciplinary team works closely with credit funds, private capital investors, insurers, corporates, banks and other market participants at every stage of the financing lifecycle.

Whether raising, deploying or restructuring capital, clients value us not just for our legal expertise but also our strategic insight in understanding the commercial goals driving each transaction.

We are recognised as a market leader in the alternative credit space and a go-to adviser on innovative financing structures. Our team brings together experts in leveraged finance, sponsor borrowing, private equity transactions, fund finance, real estate finance, restructuring and insolvency, special situations, structured finance and litigation and legal assets funding.

Whether acting for lenders, borrowers, or sponsors, we support our clients to structure and execute sophisticated capital financing strategies, including asset-based lending, NAV financing and credit secondaries. Our work is multi-jurisdictional and we help clients to navigate complex international challenges with the support of specialists across our offering.
