- Valterra Platinum, a South-African incorporated platinum group metals mining, production and marketing company, on its demerger from Anglo American plc and £7.5bn listing on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market;
- Ferrari Group PLC, one of the global leaders in the worldwide shipment of luxury goods, on the English law aspects of its €785m IPO on Euronext Amsterdam;
- Main Market traded regional office specialist, Regional REIT Limited, on an underwritten open offer to raise £110.5m;
- Supermarket Income REIT, a supermarket property investor, on its London IPO and a secondary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange;
- Yew Tree Overseas Limited, Lawrence Stroll’s personal holding vehicle, on its participation in a number of placings by Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc; and
