- 17Capital on the closing of 17Capital Strategic Lending Fund 6, which has successfully held a final closing at $5.5bn including co-investment and affiliated entities;
- Independent Builders Merchant Group on its restructuring plan in conjunction with a take-control transaction by Ares and Farallon;
