Our work also includes occupational lettings for both landlords and tenants, lease extensions and enfranchisements across London’s premier family estates and the use of corporate structures and vehicles to support our clients’ property investment and ownership.

We provide responsive, market-driven advice that reflects the financial, regulatory and personal dimensions of our clients’ significant real estate investments. These regularly include complex cross-border arrangements and long-term estate planning considerations.

• Transactions: drawing on our deep knowledge of the UK property market, we help clients manage risks and achieve their goals in sales, purchases, lettings and raising finance. In addition to residential transactions, our clients increasingly require advice on mixed-use and non-residential issues, such as buying an apartment building with retail space, or the acquisition of a corporate holding vehicle.
• Advisory: we provide ancillary strategic guidance on multi-purpose portfolios, the impact on multi-generational succession planning, and the personal tax and immigration considerations for non-UK residents or non-domiciliaries living in the UK.
• Disputes: we support clients in complex residential and commercial property litigation, construction conflicts and trust and estates disputes, working closely with our colleagues across the firm to provide robust legal and strategic advice on contentious matters.
