We routinely advise on very large corporate transactions, business-critical litigation and complex advisory matters.

In financial services our client base covers the full spectrum, from major institutions to niche private equity houses and asset managers.  Our experience and familiarity with the complexities of the remuneration arrangements typical in these sectors allows us to add particular value to clients.

Our expertise in acting for partnerships also makes us stand out in the market. Employment law is becoming increasingly relevant to the operation of partnerships and LLPs and because of our experience in acting for both LLPs and LPs, we can add real value to our clients structured in this way.  We are well placed to advise on partner / member disputes as well as offers, leaver status, complex carried interest provisions and exit arrangements / liabilities.

  • employment litigation and disputes;
  • redundancy, collective consultation and industrial relations;
