Private client property

Our team has significant experience in all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions working with domiciled and non-domiciled clients.

We advise private clients on everything from the purchase and refurbishment of prime central London houses, buying premium apartments off plan and the forward purchase of bespoke luxury houses, to the extension and restoration of country estates. The value and complexity of these projects require a sophisticated approach, which we tailor to the specific needs of the private client.

Key to our success in this wide ranging work is our knowledge and expertise within the group to advise on agricultural, residential and commercial property law. Each member of the group is exposed to these three distinct legal disciplines, which makes them more effective and better able to guide clients through such transactions.

We are able to call on colleagues to provide first class advice on planning, construction, employment, tax or contentious matters that are frequently ancillary to the main transactions on which we work.

A substantial proportion of our clients are non-UK domiciled and the strength and reputation of our private client colleagues on international tax planning matters are critical to the full service on offer.

As of 6 December 2018, new rules require us to provide a range of prices for certain services. View our relevant price transparency information.
