When Sebastian Prichard Jones’ current second term as Senior Partner expires on 31 March 2026, Damien Crossley will succeed him in the role.

For the past decade, Damien has led the Tax team at Macfarlanes, developing it into a market-leading offering. He also spearheads the firm’s Private Capital Solutions initiative, aligning Macfarlanes’ services with the strategic needs of private capital managers and uniting the firm’s legal and non-legal expertise under one cohesive platform.
