Macfarlanes advises Panoramic on closing of third fund

Macfarlanes has advised Panoramic, a leading equity and debt investor in UK-based, small and medium companies (SMEs), on the closing of its new fund, Panoramic SME Fund 3, at £100m.
The new fund will be focused on supporting small and medium companies based in the UK. Funding has been raised from a range of institutional investors, with previous investors continuing to back the regional investment house.
Panoramic are well known for their innovative approach to investing, and the new fund will invest in a range of transactions, including management buyouts and replacement capital, to financing growth for aspiring business owners.
The Macfarlanes team was led by investment management partner Stephen Robinson with assistance from associate Caroline Chu.
