Macfarlanes advises Epiris on acquisition of Amber Taverns

Macfarlanes has advised private equity firm Epiris on the acquisition of Amber Taverns by one of its advised funds, Epiris Fund III. This is Fund III's fifth investment.

Amber Taverns is a leading pub operator in the UK. They operate 178 freehold, wet-led pubs, predominantly in the North of England, the Midlands, Scotland, and Wales. Comprising of well-invested, contemporary pubs at the heart of their communities, Amber Taverns’ portfolio is uniquely focused on the hybrid “operator-managed” business model.
