Natasha has general banking and finance experience acting for private equity sponsors and portfolio companies, corporate borrowers, credit fund and bank lenders, focusing on cross-border leveraged and acquisition financing, syndicated lending, fund financing and general banking.

- Advising private equity firm Epiris on the acquisition of Amber Taverns by one of its advised funds, Epiris Fund III.
- Advising Joshua Alliance and his bid vehicle Falcon 24 Topco Limited on the proposed take-private of N Brown Group plc.
- Advising Mayfair Equity Partners in respect of the financing aspects relating to their investment in i-media, a rapidly growing Digital Out of Home media owner with exclusive advertising rights across the UK’s Motorway Service Areas.
- Advising long standing client Ares Management on providing financing to Lovell Minnick on the merger between London & Capital and Waverton.
- Advising Exponent on the financing elements of its exit from Isio and Isio on its new investment from Aquiline.
- Advising leading private markets data solutions provider Preqin on its sale to global investment manager BlackRock for £2.55bn.
