Christian specialises in domestic and international real estate finance transactions, with a particular focus on operational real estate (OPRE), and represents a wide range of clients including credit and special situation funds, senior and mezzanine lenders and sponsors.

His sector experience includes advising on investment and development transactions involving offices, residential (including private rented sector/build-to-rent), industrial, student accommodation and OPRE (including in the cold storage and hospitality and leisure sectors).

Christian also advises borrower and lender clients in fund finance transactions, particularly involving investor call bridge facilities.

Christian is a member of the Investment Property Forum.
