- Advising Signal Capital Partners on its strategic partnership with Armen, a European GP-stakes investor.
- Advising Alchemy on the sale of the Inn Collection Group to a newly-formed company backed by the Harris family and Kings Park Capital.
- Advising UK private asset management firm Signal Capital Partners on the successful fundraising of its asset-backed stressed and distressed capital structures fund, which has closed at €900m.
- Advising Finsbury Glover Hering on their £240m merger and management buy-in opposite WPP plc.
- Advising the trustees of two employee benefit trusts who were the majority shareholders of Walker Books on the sale of the company to Trustbridge Global Media.
