Nick is experienced across a wide range of commercial real estate work, including development and investment activities, joint ventures, and commercial lettings (acting for both landlords and tenants).
He is known for delivering complex transactions across a number of sectors, with a particular focus on offices, retail, life sciences and hotels.
Nick acts for a broad range of clients within the built environment, including developers, REITs, education institutions and international private capital investors.
Nick is a founding member of SEEN (the firm’s SocioEconomic Equity Network).
Experience
- Acting for Supermarket Income REIT on a strategic joint venture with funds managed by Blue Owl Capital, seeded with assets in excess of £400m.
- Advising the University of Oxford on a project to create a new £750m centre for mental health and brain sciences in Oxford.
- Acting for Integrity International Group on its ongoing redevelopment of 55 Broadway, London into a luxury 500 bedroom hotel.
- Advising a Stanhope, Mitsui and AIMCo consortium on the mixed-use redevelopment at Television Centre, including the acquisition, development, letting and asset management.
- Acting for a global real estate company on the acquisition and financing of an office building in Canary Wharf for a purchase price in excess of £200m.
- Advising Derwent London on the development and letting of the Featherstone Building and the White Collar Factory.
- Advising Integrity International Group on the acquisition of the Grade II listed Atlas House in the City of London to redevelop as a luxury boutique hotel.
- Acting for Duke Street Property on the acquisition of 110 Wigmore Street.
- Acting on the joint venture agreement for Galileo Labs, which develops and operates life sciences spaces.
